I've been going to Kim's nails for so many years now, and I wanted to go check out their new location. My first impression was that it looked pretty and modern. When I walked in, I was asked to check in on their check-in screen. Once I checked in, I picked out my color and had a seat in one of their comfortable massage chairs.
Lily did my pedicure, and she was really friendly and did a good job. She was great at communicating and making sure that I was comfortable. Wendy did my acrylic nails, and while she did a good job, she did have me wait a long time before she was ready for me, although I had an appointment. I had a good experience overall, and I'll be back.

After several horrific experiences at local nail salons I was weary with my next experience at a new place. I had saved NBK in my Yelp and decided to give them a try!
I was heading to a big work event and needed my nails to be on point. Eden, handled the task and more! I was and am still in awe of my nails. Eden, was very personable and on point! My nails are gorgeous! I wasn't familiar with NBK but was informed about second location due to demand (True Nail Experts!) and I had a Kim sighting.
Eden, did not disappoint in fact she put every other nail salon in Ventura to shame! Scheduled my next appointment and will not be going anywhere else!

Kim is the best and this is her second salon! Easily situated right near Ventura college with plenty of parking. Salon is super clean and Kim did a great job on my gel mani. Can't wait to see this place thrive!

Quality environment. Tammy with the pedicure and Quyen with the manicure. I only stopped in here because I noticed it was new while driving thru Starbucks and the aesthetics were on point, all the vibes. I have been looking for a new salon. When I tell you I haven't had a pedicure this good in 2 years I kid you not! Once I got inside they had all the best new tech and a points earning system out the gate! I can't wait to come back in two weeks. So glad I stopped for a starbs idea today. oh they ALSO have a rewards card you can stamp if you pay cash. Slay.
